How do I register for RxLink?
Most RxLink users find out about RxLink through an SMS (text) sent on behalf of their health system. If you’ve received a text inviting you to RxLink, simply log in by going to the link provided in the text.
Use your phone number and the provided password to register. You will be immediately prompted to set a new password.
If a friend or clinician told you about RxLink, please visit the link they provided and click on “Sign Up.” Follow the prompts to register.
Why did I receive a message from RxLink?
If you received a text message (SMS) inviting you to join RxLink, it’s because your doctor or health system has a partnership with RxLink.
RxLink is a service which compares multiple discount offers and factors in your insurance to ensure you pay as little as possible for your prescriptions. Your doctor or health system is interested in helping you save money and stay healthy, so they introduced you and recommend the RxLink service.
RxLink is a free service and there is no charge to you when you use it.

How do I use RxLink?
After registering, you will receive a summary of what your medications will cost after your insurance and RxLink discounts are applied. You can add/change your insurance and medications you use at any time.
When viewing this summary, simply click on “Pharmacy Instructions” to view a page you can share with pharmacy staff to ensure you receive all the discounts to which you are entitled.
Can I use RxLink if I have Medicare or Medicaid?
Yes, you can. If you use RxLink, you should never pay more than the price with discounts that is shown.
As we are unable to check the details of your Medicare or Medicaid prescription coverage, always compare the price with your insurance to the RxLink price to ensure you pay the lowest price.
How do I sign into RxLink?
After registering, simply use your phone number and your password to log in again.
If you don’t remember your password, simply click on the “Forgot Password” link and follow the instructions.
