Welcome to the DayOne Program

Welcome to the DayOne Program

Starting a new prescription can feel overwhelming. That’s why the DayOne Program is here — three brief calls designed to give you extra support as you begin your treatment.

You may have already received a text message letting you know that someone from the DayOne Program may reach out by phone to check in, answer questions, and share resources that can make it easier to stay on track. Our goal is simple: to help you feel confident and supported as you take the first steps with your medication.

What We Do

  • Remind you to pick up your prescription (if you haven’t yet).
  • Share helpful information to get started with your medication.
  • Offer encouragement and tips for building healthy routines.
  • Point you to resources that may support your treatment.
  • Make it easy to get answers to common questions.

This program is always free and optional.

Who We Are

The DayOne Team is a dedicated group that provides guidance and encouragement for patients starting new prescriptions.

While you continue to follow the medical guidance of your doctor and pharmacist, we’re here as an added layer of support and to make starting your medication a little easier.

Why Support Matters

Starting a new prescription isn’t just about remembering to pick up your medication, but it can also feel like a big change to your daily routine. Many people find that a little extra guidance or someone to check in makes it easier to:

  • Build confidence when starting something new
  • Stay on track with healthy habits
  • Feel less alone in making lifestyle changes
  • Reduce stress by getting answers to common questions
